In the criminal case of Natural Fruit vs. Andy Hall, according to the official criminal court website case file, Thailand’s immigration department on 3rd June 2013 formally notified the criminal court of its failure to establish an existing residential address for the defendant Andy Hall in Thailand in order to legally deliver the court case papers and summons as required by law. As a result, postponement of the 8th July 2013 scheduled hearing was requested by the plaintiff Natural Fruit. The next date for the criminal case hearing has not yet been set by the court.

In the civil case of Natural Fruit vs. Andy Hall, Thailand’s immigration department has likewise now formally notified the Nakhon Pathom court of its failure to find an existing residential address in Thailand for the defendant Andy Hall in order to legally deliver the summons as required by law. As a result, the 10th June 2013 hearing could not proceed and the date for the civil case next hearing has been set as 29th July 2013 and an additional date for possible negotiation 15th July 2013.

The defendant Andy Hall has already stated his intention clearly not to meet or negotiate with Natural Fruit until all criminal and civil charges against him are withdrawn.

Andy Hall will not appoint lawyers or attend any court hearings until such time as court documents or summons are lawfully communicated to him and he is thus legally required to attend the court or appoint lawyers.
