Thai Government Responds on Natural Fruit Case, Finnwatch/FLHRs Question Government’s Official Inspection of Natural Fruit

The two below documents outline:

(1) the Thai Government’s first public response to Natural Fruit’s prosecution of Andy Hall last week and include the previously confidential official inspection report from January/February 2013 of the Natural Fruit factory by Thailand’s Ministry of Labour. The Thai government writes words of support for Andy Hall in this response but notes Natural Fruit’s write to prosecute Andy Hall also

(2) Finnwatch and the Finnish League of Human Rights write previously confidential response to Thai Government, back in May 2013, regarding the January/February 2013 official inspection report of the Natural Fruit factory by Thailand’s Ministry of Labour. Finnwatch and FLHR question the accuracy of the Thai Government’s inspection of Natural Fruit in January/February 2013 and demnd a response to their concerns.
