The most serious of the criminal prosecutions against Andy Hall by Natural Fruit Company Ltd. will commence at 130pm on Monday 15th September at the Southern Bangkok Criminal Court, Room 406.
This prosecution, the second criminal prosecution against Hall, contains two charges: one under Thailand’s draconian Computer Crimes Act (carrying a maximum imprisonment of 5 years); and the second, criminal defamation by publication (carrying a maximum imprisonment of 2 years).
As Andy Hall is currently away from Thailand, he shall not be attending the hearing as, prior to his departure from Thailand on 11th Sept, no summons had been delivered to him.
