The Bangkok South Criminal Court on 15th Sept postponed the hearing in the computer crimes act and criminal defamation by publication case against Andy Hall until 17th November 2014 130pm. The case, filed against the defendant Andy Hall by Natural Fruit Co. Ltd., was postponed due to the summons just having been issued to the defendant by the court on 8th Sept and the defendant was not made aware of the hearing in timely manner before the hearing began. Defendant is also in United Kingdom and could not attend the court.
