On 17th Nov, was preliminary criminal defamation/computer crimes hearing #naturalfruit vs Andy Hall, only time for 1 prosecution witness testimony during the afternoon session. Southern BKK criminal court therefore appointed both sides to continue preliminary hearing (cross examine prosecution witness 1/others) on 2nd Feb 2015. As next hearings into #naturalfruit criminal cases against me not until Feb 2015 & my passport with me, free for Christmas and New Year 🙂

Does his mean that in Thailand even if on bail you are able to travel freely if you are in possession of passport as long as you are back in time for the next hearing?
Conditions of bail are set down by judges and the court if bail is granted in criminal case following formal arraignment/prosecution. Totally depend on circumstances of case, bail granting may or may not involve travel restrictions and/or passport confiscation.
